    • Lie face up on the floor with your legs fully extended. Your arms can go by your side, out to the side, or up over your head, whatever is most comfortable for you.
    • Raise your legs up, without bending the knees, until they are pointed at the ceiling. Exhale as you raise them, and be careful to keep your hips flat on the floor; you want your abs to do the work. Lower your legs while inhaling; stop when your heels are about 2 inches off the ground. That will complete one repetition.
  • Do 3 sets of 12-15 reps.
