    • Sit on the floor, with your knees bent up and your feet flat on the floor. Lean back until you feel your abs contract; keep your back straight. You can cross your arms across your chest or hold them further out to increase difficulty.
    • Rotate at the waist to turn your shoulders first to the left, then to the right. Returning to the beginning position is one repetition.
  • You should aim for 3 sets of 12-15 reps.
